Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. SecureNet reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
