1 Legal Compliance and Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of our services. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when using our services.

• You will not use our services to engage in any illegal activities or to facilitate illegal conduct by others.
• You will not attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.
• You will maintain appropriate authorization for any systems you request us to assess or monitor.

2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. This includes information provided through contact forms, service agreements, account registration, and ongoing communications. You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete.

3 Confidentiality Obligations

You acknowledge that during the provision of our cybersecurity services, we may share sensitive security information, methodologies, and findings with you. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, security assessments, vulnerability reports, and other materials provided by SecureNet, except as required by law or as explicitly authorized by us.

4 Content Guidelines

Any content you submit, post, or share through our services must comply with these guidelines. You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and its legal implications.

5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SecureNet, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail within 30 days, either party may pursue the following resolution process:

1. 1. Mediation: The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation with a mutually agreed mediator in Cyprus.
2. 2. Arbitration or Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus, as appropriate.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements or service contracts you enter into with SecureNet, constitute the entire agreement between you and SecureNet regarding the use of our services. These terms supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.

Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of this agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

Force Majeure

SecureNet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, or cyber attacks.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. SecureNet may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
